TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE FEI TU INTERNATIONAL

§1. General Provisions

  1. The online store available at fei-tu-international.pl is operated by FEI TU INTERNATIONAL SP. Z O.O., with its registered office at 3F / P06, Nadrzeczna Street, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska, Poland, entered into the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000916003, NIP: 1231498845, REGON: 389694679.

  3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases in the online store fei-tu-international.pl, including order placement, payment, delivery, withdrawal from the contract, and complaint procedures.

  4. Customers of the store may include natural persons, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality.

  5. Placing an order requires reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.


§2. Definitions

  1. Store – the online platform available at fei-tu-international.pl through which the Customer may place orders.

  2. Seller – FEI TU INTERNATIONAL SP. Z O.O.

  3. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order.

  4. Customer Account – an individual panel available after registration, allowing the Customer to track orders and edit their data.

  5. Product – a movable item offered in the online store.

  6. Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer leading to the conclusion of a sales contract.


§3. Terms of Use

  1. The Customer may make purchases after creating an account or without registration.

  2. Registration in the Store is voluntary and free of charge.

  3. The Store conducts sales only within the territory of Poland.

  4. The minimum order value is PLN 1,000 gross. Orders below this amount will not be processed.

  5. All prices displayed in the Store are net prices (excluding VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN). The total gross amount (including VAT) is shown in the cart and at checkout.

  6. Product prices do not include delivery costs, which are provided during order placement.


§4. Orders

  1. Orders may be placed via the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  2. To place an order, the Customer shall:

    • select products and add them to the cart,

    • proceed to the order form,

    • provide the data necessary for order fulfillment,

    • confirm the order by clicking the “Order and pay on delivery” button.

  3. After placing the order, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.

  4. Once the Seller confirms that the order has been accepted for processing, a sales contract is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.


§5. Payment

  1. The only available payment method in the store is cash on delivery.

  2. The Customer is obliged to pay the full price of the order to the courier upon delivery.


§6. Delivery

  1. Deliveries are made only within Poland via GLS courier service.

  2. Delivery costs are provided during order placement and added to the order value.

  3. The standard delivery time is between 1 and 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  4. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will inform the Customer and refund any payments made.


§7. Right of Withdrawal

  1. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer receives the product.

  3. To withdraw from the contract, the Customer must submit a withdrawal statement to the Seller, either in writing or via e-mail.

  4. The Customer must return the goods immediately, no later than within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement.

  5. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

  6. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.


§8. Complaints

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.

  2. If a defect is found, the Customer may submit a complaint to the following e-mail address: [insert complaint e-mail address] or in writing to the Seller’s registered address.

  3. The complaint should include the Customer’s details, a description of the defect, and the preferred method of handling the complaint.

  4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt.


§9. Customer Account

  1. The Customer may create an account in the Store to track order history and edit their data.

  2. The Customer may delete their account at any time by sending a request to the Seller’s e-mail address.


§10. Personal Data Protection

  1. The administrator of Customers’ personal data is FEI TU INTERNATIONAL SP. Z O.O.

  2. Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law and the Store’s Privacy Policy.


§11. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, provided that such amendments do not affect the rights acquired by Customers.

  3. Any disputes between the Seller and the Customer shall be resolved by the competent common courts of law.
