PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES POLICY

§1. Data Controller

§2. Scope of Data Processing

Customers’ personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • order fulfillment and sales service,

  • communication with the Customer,

  • management of the user account (if created),

  • handling complaints,

  • compliance with legal obligations imposed on the Controller.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete an order.

§3. Legal Basis for Processing

Data are processed on the following legal grounds:

  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract),

  • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation),

  • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller – e.g., contact with the Customer).

§4. Data Recipients

Personal data may be disclosed to:

  • courier companies (GLS),

  • entities providing IT system support,

  • public authorities to the extent required by law.

§5. Data Retention Period

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and fulfill accounting or tax obligations (usually 5 years).
Data related to the user account will be stored until the account is deleted by the Customer.

§6. Customer Rights

The Customer has the right to:

  • access their data,

  • rectify, delete, or restrict processing,

  • transfer their data,

  • object to the processing,

  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

§7. Cookies

  1. The Store uses cookies to ensure proper website functionality, analyze traffic, and customize content.

  2. Cookies may be permanent or session-based.

  3. The User may change their browser settings at any time to limit or block cookies.

  4. Using the Store without changing browser settings constitutes consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.
