\u00a72. Scope of Data Processing<\/h3>

Customers\u2019 personal data are processed for the following purposes:<\/p>

  • order fulfillment and sales service,<\/p><\/li>

  • communication with the Customer,<\/p><\/li>

  • management of the user account (if created),<\/p><\/li>

  • handling complaints,<\/p><\/li>

  • compliance with legal obligations imposed on the Controller.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete an order.<\/p>

    \u00a73. Legal Basis for Processing<\/h3>

    Data are processed on the following legal grounds:<\/p>

    • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract),<\/p><\/li>

    • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation),<\/p><\/li>

    • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller \u2013 e.g., contact with the Customer).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      \u00a74. Data Recipients<\/h3>

      Personal data may be disclosed to:<\/p>

      • courier companies (GLS),<\/p><\/li>

      • entities providing IT system support,<\/p><\/li>

      • public authorities to the extent required by law.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        \u00a75. Data Retention Period<\/h3>

        Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and fulfill accounting or tax obligations (usually 5 years).
        Data related to the user account will be stored until the account is deleted by the Customer.<\/p>

        \u00a76. Customer Rights<\/h3>

        The Customer has the right to:<\/p>

        • access their data,<\/p><\/li>

        • rectify, delete, or restrict processing,<\/p><\/li>

        • transfer their data,<\/p><\/li>

        • object to the processing,<\/p><\/li>

        • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          \u00a77. Cookies<\/h3>

          1. The Store uses cookies to ensure proper website functionality, analyze traffic, and customize content.<\/p><\/li>

          2. Cookies may be permanent or session-based.<\/p><\/li>

          3. The User may change their browser settings at any time to limit or block cookies.<\/p><\/li>
